and auditing. He has held various positions in academia and has provided professional services to,
both governmental and non-governmental sectors.

Muhammad Hamdi Ali Hussein:
With over 20 years of experience in accounting, auditing, financial analysis, and tax consulting, Mr. Hussein holds a bachelor's degree in accounting and a Master of Business Administration. He is a member of the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA).
Youssef Muhammad Abdel Wahab Muhammad:
Mr. Muhammad brings more than 10 years of experience in accounting, auditing, and financial and administrative consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Accounting and is a Certified Public Accountant from the Egyptian Register of Accountants and Auditors. He is also a member of the the Saudi Organization for Chartered and Professional Accountants (SOCPA).
